BAND HEATERS

CONSTRICTION for MICA BAND Mica insulation provides excellent thermal conduction and dielectric strength. The heating element is sandwiched between two mica lawyers over all Stainless/ Brass/GI Sheath. The above heaters are low watt density heaters. Heaters are available in different width and clamp arrangement. Terminal connection in the form of fiberglass. Cable/ Electric plug/ Lugs connection available.

Constriction for Ceramic Band

These heaters are energy savers. NI/CR wire wound inside ceramic channel of very high quality and a lawyer of ceramic fiber provided for any heat loss. These heaters are also designed according to customer specification the above heaters. Also comes in one piece/Two pieces band.

Ceramic components:

Available in more than 2000 different shapes , made out of nominal composition AL2O3-S1O2 and MGO.SIO2 often called as steatite/hard porcelain.
