Alkaline Heaters:
Construction: Tabular
heaters manufactured from a special grade of chrome
Nickel steel tube to with stand corrosion. Brazed
to C.I. junction box that can rest on the wall of
the tank. Extremely easy to remove and clean
Application: Most
Alkaline cleaning solution, detergents and chemicals
normally corrosive to Mild Steel.
Lead covered heaters:
Constriction: Tabular Heaters, manufactured out
of lead covered tube. Brazed to C.I. junction box
that can rest on the wall of the tank. Construction
permits ease of removal for cleaning. Application:
suitable for metal plating baths, like copper dull
nickel, chrome, etc. Can also be used in pickling
bath with maximum 10% concentration of sulphuric
acid, but not in any other acid.
Titanium heaters:
Constriction: Tabular
Heaters, manufactured out of high quality titanium
tube, brazed to a C.I. junction box that can rest
on the wall of the tank. Product displays remarkable
high resistance to corrosion, unattainable in any
other metal.
Application: Heating
of highly corrosive chemical cocktails, acids like
nitric and chromic acid, plating baths etc.
